What this notice covers
This notice covers personal information handled through the Rhydm Crew partnership application on the home page and the Creator Growth Review request at /review. It also covers privacy rights and questions submitted through the neutral request route at /privacy/request.
The creator forms may generate limited campaign-attribution information, and all three forms use limited technical information for form protection. For these website forms, Rhydm Crew decides why and how submitted information is used. This notice does not govern OnlyFans, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, email services, or other third-party platforms, which operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
What we collect
- Preferred name or creator alias, exact age, country, and spoken languages.
- OnlyFans stage and, if active, profile URL; Instagram username or profile.
- Countries or regions you would want geo-blocked.
- Start timing and preferred working model. If you choose a fixed arrangement, the monthly amount and currency you have in mind.
- Areas where you want support. Content boundaries are deferred to a private follow-up after mutual interest.
- Preferred contact channel and the handle, number, or address needed to reach you.
- Your adult and privacy confirmations.
- Creator alias, Instagram username or profile, creator stage, and country.
- Your primary growth bottleneck and an optional short description of your goal.
- When you may be ready to start.
- Preferred contact channel and the handle, number, or address needed to reach you.
- Your adult and privacy confirmations.
This route does not ask for your exact age, OnlyFans URL, compensation or income expectations, content boundaries, or explicit content.
Open review requestThis route collects the request type, an optional name or alias used before, your chosen reply channel and contact details, an optional short description, and your acknowledgement of how those details will be used. It does not require an age confirmation, creator profile, creator stage, or marketing consent.
Open privacy requestAttribution and form protection
The creator forms may receive campaign source, medium, campaign, content, and term labels, together with the referring site origin. All three routes use limited technical signals to prevent spam, reject malformed requests, and avoid duplicate submissions. Those checks do not decide the outcome of a genuine request.
Hosting and security providers may process standard connection data, such as IP address, browser or device information, and request times, when delivering and protecting the site. Those infrastructure logs are separate from the profile fields saved with a form response.
Share only what is needed.
Age confirmation
The partnership application and Creator Growth Review require you to confirm that you are at least 18. The full application also asks for your age; the review request does not. The neutral privacy-request route does not require an age confirmation. At this stage, the creator forms record your confirmation but do not collect identity or age-verification documents. Any later onboarding check is a separate step.
Sensitive preferences are deferred
The current public forms do not ask you to describe sexual or other sensitive content preferences. Those questions are deferred until there is genuine mutual interest. An earlier version of the full application allowed optional boundary choices. If you submitted those choices, they are treated as sensitive and used only to respect the boundaries you chose to share.
Do not send explicit samples, passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in any form, including the review goal and privacy-request details fields.
Why we use your information
- 01Respond
Provide a shortlisted growth review, assess a partnership application, handle a privacy request, and contact you through your chosen channel.
- 02Assess fit
Understand your creator stage, goals, support needs, timing, and potential working preferences on the full application.
- 03Operate safely
Validate submissions, limit spam and duplicates, troubleshoot the forms, secure the service, and keep necessary business records.
- 04Understand campaigns
Identify which page, ad, referral, or campaign led to a creator enquiry and evaluate funnel performance.
- 05Meet obligations
Comply with applicable law and protect the rights, safety, and legitimate interests of applicants, Rhydm Crew, and others.
Legal grounds
The legal ground depends on where you live and what we are doing. It may include taking steps at your request before a potential agreement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, your consent, explicit consent where sensitive information was voluntarily provided in an earlier or separate private flow, and compliance with legal obligations. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Where information goes
Submitted application, review-request, and privacy-request records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database so authorized Rhydm Crew personnel can review and follow up on them.
Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, cloud infrastructure and database operations, security, and communications. They receive information only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
If you choose WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, or email as your contact channel, follow-up messages necessarily pass through that platform or service. Providers may process information in countries outside your own; their privacy terms and any legally required transfer safeguards apply to their part of the service.
No online transmission or storage system is risk-free. We use access controls and the safeguards available through our service providers, and limit access to people who need the information for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
We keep form information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice and for applicable legal obligations.
The period can depend on whether we are still reviewing or responding to your request, whether a working relationship begins, the need to preserve security and consent records, dispute or limitation periods, and legal or regulatory requirements. Rhydm Crew does not promise a fixed retention period or automatic deletion on a particular date. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful exceptions.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on the law where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to or a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country or region.
Rights are not absolute. We may need to keep certain information where the law permits or requires it. Before acting on a request, we may ask for limited information to verify that the request concerns you. We will not ask you to send a password or explicit content for verification.
Make a privacy request
If Rhydm Crew has already contacted you, reply through that same official channel and put “Privacy request” at the beginning of your message.
If you have not received a message from us, use the neutral privacy-request form. It asks what right or question you want to raise, where you would like a reply, and only the minimum context needed to locate relevant records. It does not require creator details, an age confirmation, or marketing consent.
